Learn about PFLAG
as a national and international organization
Structure and Service.
A vast grassroots network, PFLAG is a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization cultivated, resourced and serviced by the PFLAG National office in Washington, DC, the national Board of Directors and 14 Regional Directors.
Contact us by E-mail or by phone and ask about how you can help PFLAG either financially or through volunteerism.
Tax-Deductible Donations
Donations are always welcome as it is expensive to do the work we do. You do not need to be a member to make a donation. We often receive donations from local businesses or persons who sympathize with the importance of the service and support that we provide to so many families in the community.
The Denton chapter is affiliated with PFLAG National. Ten dollars of each local membership goes to the national office to support the development of publications, networking and cooperative efforts with other human and civil rights organizations, an annual conference, and regional directors and national staff to serve local chapters.
Those attending meetings can elect to receive the
PFLAG
Denton Newsletter. Those choosing to become members also receive
the national newsletter—PFLAGPole.
